Founded by Beverley Hadley in 1981, Stourbridge Dance Academy teaches from its own spacious studios in the heart of Stourbridge, a short trip from Wordsley. We are a friendly, family run academy where discipline and a strong work ethic go hand in hand with a sense of fun, because enjoyment is the key to learning.

BALLET
Grace, strength and discipline. Our ballet classes follow classical technique while encouraging personal artistry. For kids, teens and adults.
TAP
Turn rhythm into movement while developing timing, coordination, musicality and confident performance.
COMMERCIAL
Learn current choreography, sharp dynamics and stage-ready confidence inspired by music videos and live performance.

How long has Stourbridge Dance Academy been teaching?
Since 1981. Stourbridge Dance Academy was founded by Beverley Hadley and is still a family run school, now led by Principal Katie Langford.
Can my child try a class before joining?
Yes. Your child’s first trial class is free. Get in touch with their age and any dance experience, and we will suggest the right class to try.
